Bored of that same old spaghetti? Looking to add a little something extra? Pesto to the rescue! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
14oz (400g) Spaghetti
2/3 Cup (80g) Pine Nuts
1-2 Cloves Garlic
1 Cup Fresh, Chopped Basil
2/3 Cup Olive Oil
2/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
- Bring pot of water to a boil.
- Cook spaghetti.
- Place a pan over low heat and toast pine nuts. Stir frequently. Cook until golden brown.
- Add chopped garlic, basil, pine nuts and olive oil to food processor.
- Blend them together.
- Add grated cheese to food processor and blend.
- Add blended ingredients to spaghetti and mix well.
- Enjoy!
