Have some ground beef rolling around the kitchen? Why not make some balls? Meatballs that is! They go great with Pesto Spaghetti.
Ingredients:
1 lbs Ground Beef
1 Cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Steak Spice As Desired
1 tbsp. Mayo OR 1 Egg
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Roll into 16-24 meatballs.
- Place on greased baking sheet, 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 18-22 mins OR until internal temperature is 160°F.
- Enjoy!
